ripped out plaster and insulation this weekend… got my permits today… all freekin 3 of them… we’ll see how it goes, hopefully they’re not too rough on me. photos of the bathroom project can be found here.

landscaping etc.

so, i’ve been working up a plan for the new landscaping in the front… we want to shrink the shitty overgrown weed area dramatically. eventually adding in some nice tumbled landscaping stones. i’ve drawn up an i dea of what i’m talking about… take a look and let me know what you think.

phone calls will be made regarding a dumpster tomorrow morning… hopefully it really won’t be the $200 i’ve been reading about just to throw this shit away. but, i guess if it is, it is. if anyone has a line on a dumpster that might be cheap… give me a call… anyways… here are the pictures as promised. enjoy.
