so, as i said i would, i watched napoleon dynamite. and what can i say? this movie is so full of one-liners and absolute hilarity i can’t even begin to tell you how much i loved it. this will definitely be one to buy.
basically the premise is this: a bunch of strange dorks in idaho trying to find out who they are… there’s napoleon, the main character who has the funniest voice and demeanor in the show. napoleon’s brother kip is a 32 year-old still-at-home chatting with ‘babes’ online all day kind of guy. oh, and he’s also training to be a cage fighter. mmmhmmm.
their uncle rico has a complex about his football game back in ‘82… but as you can see by his videos… he can’t throw a football worth a crap. and the last character i’ll talk about is pedro. pedro is completely void of any expression except for one time in the movie when he smiles after napoleon dances… now that’s funny.
so long story short. this movie rules… and there was no swearing or sex in the whole thing… so pull up the kids and prepare to laugh… just don’t be expecting a story about much of anything… prepare for more of a story about nothing, but one that’ll make you laugh nearly the whole way through. g’night kids.
